If the injectors are continuously dumping fuel when you turn the key (before you crank) its getting a noisy tach signal ( for some reason it wont do this if you reset the system on the first start up but every time after it will flood the motor) . Check the RPMs on the handheld to make sure it doesn't think its running before you crank it.
