From the 12th fret on up the high E string is definitely fretting out, and to a lesser extent the B string as well, even with the action set at a relatively high 4/64 and change. Neck relief seems good with just a bit of under bow to it. WebTension is shared across all the strings on the bridge (esp a floating bridge like I believe your's has) so if you tune low E first and the gitbox is really out of tune by the time you make it to high E you'll have typically change the shared tension on the strings you tune first and they'll be a bit out of wack.
