I found out that flicker jabs are singular blows. It seems that flicker jabs can cause damages in elbows and shoulders when too much thrown. WebI use a flicking jab more often because its faster and less tiring, but mixing in well timed stiff jabs when people try and move in can be extremely useful. Alternatively, using feinting a flicking jab over and over to disguise closing distance then throwing a stiff one after works really well. Not sure why you'd want to limit yourself to just one.
