I applied them all successfully in the deployment certificates properties. Status Okay. Bound new cert in IIS. Using IISCrypto tool and it shows 1.0 enabled. Registry only shows 1.2. We couldn't save that one" All the photos came from the same series. I've taken these steps and none have fixed the issue- I saved it to my library and downloaded it again from there.
