WebOOTP can only display these settings for one league at a time. You define which league you are currently editing by clicking on a league in the All Included Leagues box on the lower left hand side of the screen. The right side of the screen also confirms the Selected League: Action Menu WebOOTP supports five levels of minor league play: Triple A, Double A, Single A, Short Season A, and Rookie, plus two feeder leagues (college and high school).
